- What Operating Systems are you compatible with?
- Are you compatible with Macs?
- Will my PC or Mac be fast enough for this service?
What Operating Systems are you compatible with?
- Our packages are compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 Professional or XP. We also support Mac OS 8.6 or higher.
Are you compatible with Macs?
- Yes, we are pleased to be one of the few broadband providers who support Macintosh users. You will require Mac OS 8.6 or higher to receive our broadband service.
Will my PC or Mac be fast enough for this service?
- Yes. Our service will work on most home PCs and Macs. If you wish to access memory-intensive content such as live video streaming or take part in graphic-rich, multi-player gaming, you may find your computer’s own hardware limits restrict your usage. This is independent of our broadband service and you should consult your manufacturer for further information.
