Making Life Easier

• 3-way calling, enabling you to toggle between two calls on the same phone line
• Call waiting, lets you know you have another incoming call when you are on the phone

Voice Mail basic

• Offers a basic message-taking service, allowing you to save and access multiple messages. This includes incoming messages and a standard outgoing message which incoming callers hear if your phone is not answered.

Managing incoming calls

• Call forwarding, lets you forward incoming calls to another phone number
• Caller display - shows the number calling you

Controlling your calls

• Call barring allows you to bar different types of outgoing calls (which you specify)

Protecting your privacy

• Withold my number (141), allows you to conceal your number when calling other phone numbers caller display, allows you to see who’s calling
• Anonymous call reject, lets you reject calls where the caller's number is withheld or unavailable.

Voicemail Plus - £1.00/mth

• With Voicemail Plus you can replace the standard, message with your own personalised message announcing that you are unavailable to take the call and inviting the caller to leave a message. Up to 150 minutes of messages can be stored (each up to 5 minutes) and each can be saved for up to 20 days. You can access your messages remotely and when you are in the office.
